When Saturdays and Sundays at 8am at John Ball Zoo at the Duck Pond
and by the entrance to the zoo.
Where? Wednesdays
at 5:30 pm at
Park at the second parking lot off
Who? Runners, Joggers, Walkers
Why? 1. Running/walking with a group provides extra motivation to run/walk.
2. Running/walking with a group is safer.
3. We encourage a fit and active lifestyle.
4. Running or walking with others can help if you’re trying to lose weight.
5. We meet year round in all kinds of weather.
6. Enjoy camaraderie by joining us for breakfast after our Saturday
morning run/walk.
7. Carpool and plan trips to races with the people you’ll meet.
8. We are not just runners but also walkers, cyclists, and triathletes.
9. Pick up training tips from veteran runners, walkers and triathletes.
10. We understand why you want to run or walk!!!
And we have fun doing this!!!
How far? You pick the distance and the pace. There’s usually someone going as
far and as fast as you want to go.
